Centrifugal Mist Collector

Product Information

  • Contaminated air enters through the intake chamber.
  • When the air enters in to the separation chamber a perforated, rapidly spinning drum traps the fine mist particles within the filter media.
  • The fine mist particles are continuously trapped until enough has accumulated that they are at a consistent droplet size.
  • The centrifugal force, created by the rapidly spinning drum, throws the accumulated droplets free and on to the inner wall of the unit casing.
  • High velocity air drives the liquefied mist particulate along the walls, through the circumferential slot and into a collection chamber.
  • Clean air is returned in the environment through the exhaust grill. While the particulate is drained from the unit, for reuse of disposal.
